In planning any event, we understand that budget and pricing are extremely important which is why at The Blacksmith Shop we strive to make it easy to understand. We do not have any hidden charges or fees.
The Blacksmith Shop is a 10,000 square foot facility with a fully landscaped gated courtyard entrance. The building was completely renovated in 2000 with modern upgrades including a restaurant quality catering kitchen, an expansive bar area and is fully climate controlled.
All rentals of our facility include tables and chairs, exclusive access on the date of your event from 9:00 that morning until midnight, set up and clean up of the space, use of all kitchen and bar equipment, onsite trash receptacles, and meetings with clients and vendors prior to the event to coordinate set up and any other aspects where our 15 years of knowledge and experience in wedding and event planning come in handy.
Many venues require clients to use a specific caterer or purchase "house" beverages. At The Blacksmith Shop we believe that is an area where our clients can save by allowing you to bring in your own beverages and catering service. We do have a list of professional caterers and other service providers that we are happy to share with our clients. This list is composed of vendors who we feel do an outstanding job- we are not paid to place people on this list, we do so because we have had years of experience working with them. Our policies reflect much of our commitment to working with clients to create the event they envision and in general our commitment to flexibility.
Rates for The Blacksmith Shop start as low as $1000.00 for a weekday event during regular business hours and can go as high as $4000.00 for a peak season Saturday wedding and reception rental and rehearsal the day before.
